About
Builder, operator, and technology executive
I have spent twenty-five years building engineering teams, shipping products, and leading technology transformations—from founding companies to Fortune 500 scale.
Today I help leaders tackle hard platform, cloud, and AI delivery problems without sacrificing quality, security, or team trust. The through-line is simple: stay close enough to the runtime to make honest decisions, and far enough from the weeds to move the business.
The arc
I started as a founder and hands-on engineer—shipping product, owning infrastructure, and learning what breaks when you are accountable for the whole stack. That foundation never left: even in executive roles I have insisted on skin in the runtime, not leadership from slide decks alone.
At Fortune 500 scale I led platform and delivery organizations through migrations, modernization, and team redesign—work measured in cloud savings, delivery velocity, and whether teams still trusted the path forward. Parallel leadership in high-stakes public-safety environments sharpened decision-making under pressure and stakeholder clarity when the room is tense.
I still build. Side projects and production-shaped labs are how I keep technical judgment calibrated for the advisory and leadership work that matters most.
