Building a prototype, by hand, of the mini multiplexer board. I go over stencil paste for the PCB, hand placement of parts, and reflowing. Testing the first two boards of this revision.

Part 4 of the RZR Multiplexing project. Getting down to prototyping and testing of the main components. I also go over tools used and steps I take when developing a new product. Tools for PCB design using KiCad and sdcc development on the STM8S. I’ll also be switching some 12V loads for testing.

RZR Mini Multiplexing Part 1. This is a multipart series of design, prototype and build of a small multiplexing system for UTV’s. Initially this will replace lighting and winch relays with solid state control. I’ll be installing this on my 2016 Polaris RZR S 1000.
