Ram 3500 Limited Cummins 6.7 2 Year Owner Review
My Ram 3500 Review. It is a 2017 Ram 3500 HO with the Aisin transmission. I’ve mainly used this for towing my 5th wheel toy hauler, my Big Tex dump trailer and my small landscape trailer. I have owned the Ram 3500 for 2 years and here are my thoughts and review of this one-ton truck. #ramtrucks #aisin #cummins

Stop ILLEGALLY towing your Fifth Wheel, Personal Trailers and RVs!
#rving #illegal #license In many states, a Class A or B license is required to tow most larger 5th wheels, especially with one-ton trucks. Many RV’s, motorhomes, and personal trailers also have this requirement. If your gross combined weight rating is over 26,000 you likely need an upgraded license. I go over some of the highlights for the two states I’ve familiar with and how easy it is to get a license upgrade. So the rumor of needing a motorhome license or special license is indeed true in many states.
In North Carolina and many other states, a special Class license is required to drive large Motorhomes and 5th wheel trailers that exceed 26,000 lbs. You may not need a CDL for personal use but that doesn’t mean you don’t need a license upgrade even for RVs. In many states, a higher class or endorsement is required which isn’t related to CDL operations. Always check your state’s laws before purchasing or upgrading RV’s. Never listen to the salesman.

Ram Upgrade. Towing beast!
Ram Upgrade. Towing beast! My experience towing, on the upgrade from Single Rear Wheel Dodge 2500 to a Dual Rear Wheel Ram 3500. Towing both a tag-along trailer and fifth wheel toy hauler. Moving a fifth-wheel setup to the new truck. Loving the dually. Verified that a long wheelbase dually is rock solid compared to a short bed single rear wheel 3/4 ton. In other words, if you are considering a 5th wheel in the 12K+ weight range this is what you want to be towing it with. Worth the extra money and size. #ramtrucks #aisin #cummins #dually #towing

Dodge Ram Hitch Ultimate 20,000lbs Towing Setup
Upgrading the Dodge Ram 2500 to a Class V hitch with a 5th Wheel Rail. The stock Ram 2500 is not up to par with the loads you may want to haul. Most are lightweight tube hitches. This is the fix and all the parts work well including the already installed 5th wheel rail system.
