Broken Equipment Grease Fitting Repair. I’m prepping my John Deere excavator for thumb installation. Grease fitting repair and getting rid of some of the bucket sloppiness in the machine. I take a look at the factory John Deere bucket coupler which is a wedge based design. How to find a grease fitting size match. Making a simple vise step jaw for a machining a 6061 PCB enclosure for a solid state relay module / controller. The design was done in Fusion 360 and machined using my Excel VMC. The step jaw fits the DX6 Crossover Kurt vise.

Machining a robust mount for my Polaris RZR 1000S to securely mount a VHF/UHF antenna. These mount to the 1 3/4 rollbar on the Polaris RZR and other UTV’s to provide a mountable block of tapped holes. Custom CNC machined from 6061.
