CNC Mill Repair .I replaced the leaking cylinder on my Excel Mill Tool Changer.

My GC1720 started going really slow in reverse. Forward speeds were normal. This is how I fixed the issue.

I lost T17 somehow in my Fanuc om CNC mill. It would not change to T17. Here I go over troubleshooting it and how I fixed it on the vertical machining center.

I had a bore size issue on the #1 Tap Adapter Trays and had to setup a job to fix the bore size and chamfer. I made a math error on the first tray. After a late night, I resolved the automatic tool changer issue and it’s working as it should now. Back to cutting chips.

Video on fixing a loose hinge limt on many of the VWs. Including Jetta, Beetle, and Passat. T40 Fits but not perfect so be careful getting things tight.
